The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested the hotel owner from Karnal, Haryana in the sensational Andaman and Nicobar rape case. The accused has been identified as Sandeep Singh, 38, a resident of Dalmia and Kedia City, Mini Bay, Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Island. He was arrested, while he was trying to escape to Bhubaneshwar, Orissa, in a private cab. The accused is said to be an owner of a Hotel Desi Lounge at Dolly Gang, Port Blair. The accused was hiding in Kolkata, Punjab and Delhi since the case was lodged against him at Aberdeen police station of A&N. The accused was having a reward of Rs one lakh on his arrest.
