Acting on a specific intelligence input received from reliable source, Police team from CCS consisting of Inspr S.Kannan, SI M.A Rasheed, Constables K.Rajendran& Raja Raoarrested one person namely SwapanBiswas S/o Late RashikBiswas, resident of R.K Pur, Little Andaman on 10/12/2022. 1.020 Kgs of Meth Amphetamine was recovered and seized after observing all codal formalities from accused which was clandestinely concealed behind house. A case under relevant sections of NDPS Act-1985 has been registered at PS CCS and investigation is on. The general public especially from Little Andaman who are in possession of Meth Amphetamine received from sea shores are once again requested to surrender the contraband to local police and pass on information regarding storage of contrabands or any other illegal activity on the following telephone numbers- 100, 232586, 233307, 9474290250

DIGLIPUR POLICE CRACK RS. 2.5 LAKH GOLD BURGLARY CASE IN 24 HOURS, TWO ARRESTED report by ROHIT Diglipur, Oct 23: A case of burglary involving gold ornaments valued at Rs. 2.5 lakhs was reported at PS Diglipur on 21/10/2024. The case was promptly resolved through the efforts of the PS Diglipur team, resulting in the arrest of two accused persons and the recovery of the stolen property within 24 hours.
