Secretary, CPI(M) visits land allotted for setting up Industrial Estate          Port Blair, Dec 5: Shri D. Ayyappan, Secretary, CPI (M) Andaman & Nicobar State Organising Committtee along with Shri Venkat Ram Babu, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Wimberlygunj recently visited the land allotted by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration for setting up of Industrial Estate at Lamba Pahar, Wimberlygunj. During the visit, it was observed that the Administration has failed to set up industrial estate at the said place even though the land was allotted for the purpose in the year 1996. The people of Wimberlygunj have been demanding the setting up of the Industrial Estate at the said place but the Administration has been delaying it for one reason or other.
