*Lieutenant Governor, A&N Islands* Chaired the *Destination Andaman - Investors Conference* today at *ITC Maurya, New Delhi* for the *development of tourism projects in A&N Islands* in presence of Shri Keshav Chandra, IAS, CS and Senior officers of ANI.

The Investors Conference was attended by more than 150 delegates from the leading Hospitality Industry including Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Surrendra Park, Sterling Holidays, Mahindra Holidays etc for obtaining feedback & suggestions for initiative or development of #tourism projects

Conference unveils a bouquet of tourism projects viz. development of 4 Island eco- tourism projects in Long Island, Aves Islands, Smith Island an Shaheed Dweep, Development of Megapode Resort at #PortBlair and holistic development of 11 sites spread across North Middle and South Andaman that will propel Islands into a growth journey towards leadership in global tourist destination.Published from Blogger Prime Android App

DIGLIPUR POLICE CRACK RS. 2.5 LAKH GOLD BURGLARY CASE IN 24 HOURS, TWO ARRESTED report by ROHIT Diglipur, Oct 23: A case of burglary involving gold ornaments valued at Rs. 2.5 lakhs was reported at PS Diglipur on 21/10/2024. The case was promptly resolved through the efforts of the PS Diglipur team, resulting in the arrest of two accused persons and the recovery of the stolen property within 24 hours. Reportedly, on 21/10/2024, a burglary case involving gold ornaments valued at Rs. 2.5 lakhs was received at PS Diglipur by SmtiDipikaMistry, W/oShriMithunKar (26 yrs), R/o RK Gram, near VKZPV School, Diglipur.
